Cherries:
To pit cherries, pluck off the stem and insert the end of a medium-large paper clip into the stem-hole. Snag the pit and scoop it out.
Blueberries: Known as a super fruit; are packed with flavenoids, vitamins, antioxidants, proanthocyanidens, minerals and fiber. Whether you bake, make a smoothie or eat them by the handfuls; blueberries are delicious and good for you! Blueberries also freeze very well, and once defrosted, can be used identically to fresh berries in almost any way.
